Lark + Fir® is built on decades of experience and with the vision of our founder, Chylese Austin, who realized that the west side, where she lives, was missing a local, collaborative real estate experience that also featured exemplary guidance, community connection, and outside-the-box continuing education classes. So, she developed it – and we call it concierge service.

We treat every client and opportunity with a close ear and an open mind; we create offers for each individual and circumstance; and we treat our team and each other with kindness, compassion, and a shared desire to inspire growth and engagement with our community.
