IRINA GITLIN

After a decade working in Engineering Recruitment, I was thrilled to make one step towards fulfilling the American dream by attaining the freedom and opportunity of owning my own home. During the process, I truly found my calling – to help others to do the same – and so I became a Realtor. I have just as much passion today as I did when helping my first client more than 20 years ago!

To assist a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor, I share my tried-and-true trade resources, refer my trusted contractors and help accurately assess repairs; usually within tight timeframes. Having worked through market’s ups and downs, I’ve gained extensive experience and problem-solving skills, honed through years of negotiations, whether navigating a purchase of a primary residence, second home or investment property, and able to position each transaction for optimal outcome. I guide my clients through the mountain of paperwork, and support them to be ready when they find their perfect perch. All of this has helped me to develop decades-long relationships and many referred clients.

When I’m not working, my husband and I like to watch an action movie or a documentary, and dine at the Chart House admiring Portland views (and savoring their delicious steaks!) I love supporting my two sons as they make their way in life with all their challenges and triumphs; and FaceTiming with my daughter in Chicago, whom I miss very much. I have an adorable Golden, Mazel, and love playing a Chopin Prelude on piano when I find the time. I look forward to touring (falling in love) with the colorful homes of Amalfi Coast and remarkable Quebec City architecture – to name a few travel spots on my bucket list!
