Sasha Graybill-Pauling

An early career as a commercial airline pilot was a great and natural fit for Sasha, a serial relocator, whose father’s diplomatic career kept them moving every 3 years of her childhood, to places as far-flung as Spain, Bangkok, and… Minnesota. Her mother always stressed that to “Love where you land®” by creating a beautiful home, no matter what corner of the world you find yourself in, is the foundation of family. Sasha incorporated this maxim into what became a cycle over the first two decades of adulthood, by leveraging her passion for taking the ugly duckling on the street and turning it into a lovely home, time and time again. In all, she has “flipped” 11 homes, eventually leaving her cockpit seat in favor of family, raising three amazing sons along the way!

Her pilot years and time spent abroad living in different cultures have cemented her openness, calm approach and acute focus; along with well-honed interior design chops, these qualities contribute to both attentive listening skills, and the unmistakable feeling that she is the most capable person one could possibly be talking to.
